Reception and arrival

Key collectionThe
collection takes place in the apartments where we will be waiting for you. Let us know the time of arrival WhatsApp or call us on +34 644 976 613

Arrival and departur
Check-in will be from 15h and check out at 12h.

We will be waiting for you at the time you arrive but if it is out of hours or it is tto late at night, we will remotely open the front door on your arrival and you can collect the keys in a mailbox next to the door of your apartment.

Luggage and late check out
You can leave your luggage with us both on arrival until your apartment is available and upon departure.

If you are interested in staying longer on the day of departure check it with us on the day of your arrival.

Make the most of your stay!

Deposit
Our house is your home and we like that you find the apartments in perfect condition. All apartments are checked after and befores all stays to make sure there have been no issues or breaks during the stay. The deposit of 100 euros that is withste upon arrival will be refunded after check-out.

Neighborhood
Our building is located in the heart of Benidorm, in a very quiet neighborhood, not very turisty. Please note that parties and stag parties are not allowed in the apartments to respect the area. The municipal noise regulations will be applied. We want you to rest during your stay and we will do our best to fulfill it.


Room amenities

Wi-fi
All apartments have Wi-Fi network and Smart TV with Netflix

Sheets and towels
The apartments have towels and sheets that are disinfected by an industrial laundry service.

For stays longer than one week, change of bed linen and towels will be provided

Kitchen equipment
Kitchens are fully equipped with everuthing you might need. They are equipped with a microwave with grill, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher.

All apartments have their own washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom equipment
Our bathrooms are available with shower or bathtub, and all include towels and a hairdryer.

We also provide shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper.

Disabled accessibility
Our apartments are fully accessible to the disabled. One of our apartments is adapted and includes emergency services, adapted bathroom and accessible kitchen.

Please contact us to make the specific reservation of this apartment.

Extra services
The apartments have a safe service and rent carts and cots for children. If you are interested do not hesitate to contact us before your arrival to have everything ready.


Access

Access by car
The apartments have a perfect location, in a very quiet pedestrian area, in the heart of the old town. The nearest car parks are less than 200 meters away.

AVE shuttle
AVE arrives to Alicante and has a shuttle bus service, provided by the company ALSA, which has 4 stops in Benidorm. The nearest one to Maremar is on Avenida Jaime I (600 metres from Maremar).

Taxi
The nearest taxi service is 500 metres away on Ruzafa Street.

Altet-Elche Airport
There are direct buses from Alicante airport, managed by ALSA. There are approximately 15 daily services, the first being at 5:00h and the last at 22:10h.
