To do this we have created cozy spaces with all the services you may need to make your stay with us special.
Maremar has 8 fully equipped apartments distributed over four floors. Each apartment has a living/dining room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower or bathtub and a master bedroom. Everything you need to make your stay in Benidorm much more comfortable.
Main room
The apartments have a spacious master bedroom, with KIng size bed (150×200 cm).
All the warmth of a traditional Valencian room with masonry wall and beams.
Kitchen
The kitchens are fully equipped and include: ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to cook whatever you want during your stay with us.
All apartments have a washing machine, ironing board and clothesline.
Living room
The living/dining room features a comfortable 190×140 cm sofa bed and 43″ Smart TV with Netflix access.
The perfect space to rest or telework from home.
Bathroom with shower or bathtub
There is the possibility to choose between shower or bathtub bathrooms, both fully equipped with hairdryer, amenities and towels.

The courtyard
One of the apartments has access to a beautiful inner courtyard with traditional terracotta floor and our well. A bright and quiet space where you can have breakfast or enjoy a quiet romantic dinner at home.

Apartment adapted for the disabled
We have a fully adapted apartment. The bathroom has a detachable shower seat, a barrier in the toilet and an adapted sink, as well as an emergency button. The kitchen is removable for easy use with a wheelchair. The master bedroom is distributed with extra space for passage with wheelchair and overlooks the inner courtyard.

Our reception
We have taken care of every detail to receive you. From the facade with the typical balconies of the old town and stone details, to our reception. In it you can discover small fragments of our history, of our family, of Benidorm. A small museum created especially for you.
